Patti provides operational evaluation and advice to collection entities, debt buyers and credit grantors. She has 25+ years of professional experience in the credit and collections field.
In her position with Fingerhut as Director of Collections and Recovery, she was responsible for all collection and recovery activities for the $2 billion portfolio including risk management, operating multiple call centers with 850+ employees, developing early out and outsource programs as well as managing a large collection agency network. Bad debt recovery responsibilities included design of all segmentation strategies, audit processes and reporting. Patti also served as Vice President of Operations for Axsys National Bank formerly Fingerhut National Bank from 1996 to 2002.
