Dimitri analyzes strategic receivables management issues for the consumer finance sector, including the banking, credit card and mortgage markets and the relationships they forge with service providers in the ARM industry. He produces original research, moderates live teleseminars on sector-specific topics, and hosts a regular blog on insideARM.com.

His work at Kaulkin Ginsberg includes the Student Loan Collections Market Report, published in February of 2008. Dimitri has also published a series of consumer finance executive briefs, including Data Security: Complexity, Cost and Potential Legislation, Seven Factors Influencing the Credit Card Market, and The Student Market for Credit Cards: Issues & Trends.

Prior to joining Kaulkin Ginsberg, Dimitri worked for the Senate Office of John Kerry where he was engaged in a host of legislative topics, focusing primarily on housing and urban development, small business, and financial services issues. He later joined Senator Kerry's Presidential campaign, stepping into a leadership role directing campaign staff in producing and managing major public events. Most recently Dimitri collaborated in the opening of Countrywide Financial’s operation in Henderson Nevada, specializing in residential mortgage products.   

Dimitri received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Government and Anthropology from Colby College.
