Michael joined the firm in 2003.  He oversees and executes on M&A engagements, joint venture/strategic partnership arrangements, C-level executive recruitment, valuations and operational assessments. He also has extensive experience assisting clients with the development and implementation of strategic growth plans. 

Michael is actively involved in ACA International, Debt Buyers Association (DBA), the Association for Corporate Growth – Philadelphia chapter (membership committee), the American University Alumni Association (chapter leader), Hospital Financial Management Association (HFMA), Turnaround Management Association – Philadelphia Chapter and other Philadelphia-area networking groups. He is a frequent speaker on industry affairs and M&A trends and is a regular contributor to insideARM.com, where he writes blogs and industry analysis and is often quoted for his insight.

Prior to joining Kaulkin Ginsberg, Michael was the Co-Founder and Program Director of the U.S.-Israel Business Exchange in Washington, D.C. This public/private initiative was established out of the Embassy of Israel to accelerate the market entry and facilitate financing of Israeli companies in the Greater Washington, D.C. region and to enhance relations between U.S. and Israeli businesses.  

Michael holds a degree in international studies from the American University.

Michael resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife Simone.
